My Miles' Eyes book event at Miles’ School was truly unforgettable. It was such a joy to sit beside Miles as he used his communication device to help read his story aloud—such a powerful and touching moment that captured the heart of the entire day.

Meeting the incredible students and staff at Miels School reminded me why I wrote this book in the first place: to celebrate every child’s voice, perspective, and power. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and for making this visit so meaningful.

I can’t wait to return in the fall for more connection, learning, and inclusion.
